Tour Enquiry

Tell us about your India tour and our team will come back to you with a suggested itinerary, what it includes and excludes, the price, and the booking conditions that would apply.

What happens next. We read your enquiry and reply by email or phone to discuss your plans. We then prepare a proposal setting out the day-by-day itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, total price and the applicable payment and cancellation conditions. Nothing is booked and no payment is due until you have reviewed that proposal and confirmed it.

Step 1 of 6

Where would you like to go?

Pick as many as you like, or none at all — plenty of people start with “first time in India, three weeks” and let us suggest the route.

Step 2 of 6

When are you travelling?

An approximate month is enough. Most of India is at its best between October and March; the Himalaya is the other way round.

Step 3 of 6

How many travellers?

Party size changes the price per person more than almost anything else, because cars, guides and permits are shared.

Step 4 of 6

What kind of trip is this?

This is what decides whether a day has three monuments in it or one.

Step 5 of 6

Roughly what hotel standard?

We do not publish prices because rates move with the season, the party size and the properties you choose. Telling us the standard you have in mind means the first quotation is close, instead of a guess.

Step 6 of 6

Where shall we send the itinerary?

A planner in the New Delhi office will reply, usually within one working day.

This form cannot accept payment details. The endpoint rejects any field whose name resembles a credential — OTP, CVV, card number, PIN, UPI, net-banking or password — before it reads the submission. No payment is taken on this page, and nobody from Travel Fair India will ever ask you for those.

We reply by email or phone. We never sell or share your details.
